Gracetone On Demand gives you access to hot desks, meeting rooms, and professional studio equipment across all our locations, subject to availability and your membership tier.

Once you have a confirmed booking, you'll receive a digital access key via the app. This key allows you to enter the facility and your specific reserved space during your booked hours.

A Desk booking is for a single workstation in a shared area. An Office booking provides a private, enclosed space for focused work. A Room booking is typically for larger groups and specific activities like meetings or recording sessions.

Members can host guests in private offices or meeting rooms. All guests must be registered through the portal or at the front desk upon arrival for security purposes.

Bookings can be cancelled through the app or portal. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on notice periods and potential refund eligibility.
